Bio:Jing was born in the flames nation and his dad
went off to fight the great war when jing was young so he was raised by
his mother alone,eventualy he got word of his dads death and his mother
was so depressed she gave up on life and Jing was left alone to fend
for himself for many years to the present he has stolen many of the
worlds precious items and making a name for himself at a young age of
15 as the king of bandits with his extrordinary power he can shoot pure
chakra mixed with wind and lightning to create a destrcutive blast
amongst other attacks hes been declared an Immediate threat towards the public and
to be killed on sight or turned in if possible though nobody knows what he looks like except that he wears an orange cloak
